In islam people practices Namaz to pray God.Namaz is best health exercise to become fit.
In namaz everyone concentrate their mind on one God due to which concentration level increases.
Doing Rukoo and Sajdah in namaz your body posture become fit. During sajdah your head below down your heart due to which blood circulation to your brain is very well.
Science say any liquid diffuse from higer concentration to lower concentration,similar way blood of our heart circulates higher level of heart to the lower level of brain which lies down during sajdah.In normal time our head is always above our heart due to which blood circulation is not well to our brain so our mental health is not so good.
